Welcome Back!
I hope you have had a great summer and are ready to begin a new school year. You have enrolled in Environmental Science, I would like you to share why you chose this course and what you hope to gain from your experience throughout this year.
I chose to take environmental science because I want to help more to keep our world clean. If I know more about it, then I can use that information in future debates about what we should do.
I chose to take this class because i think that tree huggers have a point. We need to take care of our enviroment if we are going to survive in a safe world. I hope to gain from this class a new self awareness about the enviroment that way i can have a lake to fish in and mounatins to climb and clean water to drink.
I chose to take this class because I spend a lot of time in the great outdoors and it seems like every year there's less and less of what there used to be. Animals, plants, forests, it starting to become very obvious that we need to start taking better care of our environment if these things are going to last, and eventually come back. I took this class to see where I can start.
While chosing my classes for this school year I marked off envirnmental science. When I signed up I originally took the class because it was the only science I was able to take. However, now I am interested in the material because there is so much ignorance when it comes to the way we interact with the envirnment. I'd like to see what I can do to help allow the next generation to have the same privileges as I do such as clean water, natural resources, and a fairly sustainable envirnment.
I chose to take environmental science because i want to help create a sustainable world. I realized that i don't really know much about keeping the world clean, so i hope after taking this class i will be able to have enough knowledge to keep the world as clean as i can
I didnt sign up for this course, but im glad i was put into it. Its important to take care of the environment and im excited to learn more about what i can do to help.
I have taken 6 sciences in high school. This looked like another interesting science for me to put on my college resume. I have researched certain jobs in the science career paths and I found environmetal to be the most interesting. I am thinking about going into college and majoring or minoring in environmental law. I hope to gain new information about the environment and how i can help the environment to prosper be healthy.
I chose to take this class initially because I heard it was easy. (Sorry, Mr. Cote, I'm not going to lie!) However, now that I'm enrolled in it, I feel that it is an important class to take for all students. It teaches self awareness of the environment and also opens eyes to the changes in nature over time. I feel that it explains not only ways to keep our earth clean (the popular opinion), but also where our natural resources come from and how nature can aid in our economic success. I feel it is important to learn how to use our resources well and how to sustain the environment we have today.
